How credits are used
Videos are charged per second, by resolution. If a generation fails, its credits come back automatically.

Pricing FAQ
What are credits?
Credits pay for video generation. Each second of video uses a fixed number of credits that depends on the resolution — see the table above. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
How do I get credits?
New accounts may receive sign-up credits. After that, subscribe to Standard or Pro for a monthly or yearly allowance. Subscribers can also buy one-time credit packs.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Subscribers can buy a credit pack at any time to keep creating, or move to Pro for more credits each month at a lower price per credit. On the Free plan, subscribe to Standard or Pro to get more credits.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits last for the billing period they come with — 31 days on monthly plans and 365 days on yearly plans — and do not roll over. Credit-pack credits are valid for 1 year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are spent as soon as a video is generated, so used credits cannot be refunded. If you were charged by mistake, email support@viduq4.xyz and we will help.
