About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Vidu Q4 (viduq4.xyz), operated by viralshort.si studio, based in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Vidu Q4 is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Vidu or ShengShu Technology. Videos are generated by third-party AI models — the Vidu Q4 Preview model, accessed through Vidu's own platform or through fal.ai.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@viduq4.xyz if you suspect unauthorized use.

Credits and payments

• Generating a video uses credits. The cost depends on the resolution and the length of the video and is shown on the Create button before you start.
• Credits are deducted when a job is submitted. If a job fails or is rejected by the provider's content checks, the credits are returned automatically.
• Credits from plans and credit packs are valid for 12 months from when they are granted. Free sign-up credits may have their own validity period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, refunds for purchased credits or subscriptions are handled case by case — contact us.

Acceptable use of AI generation

You may only upload content you own or have permission to use, and you are responsible for your prompts, uploads and the videos you create. You must not use the service to create or share content that:

• uses the face, body or voice of a real person without their consent, or impersonates a real person or organization in a way that could mislead others;
• sexualizes minors in any way, or depicts any person in sexual content without their consent;
• is illegal, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens or discriminates against people;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights of others;
• is designed to deceive — for example fake news, fraudulent endorsements or manipulated evidence — without clear disclosure that it is AI-generated.

AI providers screen prompts and uploads and may refuse a job. We may remove content, withhold results, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. When you publish AI-generated videos, follow the labeling rules of the platform and the laws that apply to you.

You must not abuse the service: for example creating accounts in bulk to collect free credits, reselling access, scraping, or trying to break into or overload our systems.

Your content and our license

As between you and us, you keep your rights in what you upload and, to the extent the law allows, in the videos you generate. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit your uploads and results — including sending them to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — only to operate the service for you.

AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users. We do not guarantee that generated videos are unique, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Our service

The site, its design and software (excluding your content) belong to us or our licensors. "Vidu" and related names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the model the service connects to. The underlying models are offered in preview and may change, slow down or become unavailable; we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed for a violation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service will be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@viduq4.xyz so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
